The 1-Bedroom Apartment provides you that extra bit of privacy with the bedroom being a separate room off the living area.
2-Bedroom Apartment
The 2-Bedroom Apartment has plenty of room for everything you need to do. With its two bedrooms everyone has space for privacy. Like at home, you can relax anytime in front of the fireplace in the living area.

You can reserve your apartment by transferring 1000 euro to our bank account. We will take the property off the market for two weeks. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the apartment when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with us.The Reservation Fee is non-refundable if a preliminary agreement is not signed within six weeks of reservation.

Annual fee for maintenance and security ˆ8 per sqm per annum.
A service and maintenance cost will be charged for common area maintenance, lighting (staircase, parking, adjacent area, etc.) and other miscellaneous costs.
Property Management And Letting
Property management and letting will be provided by the developers at additional cost.Our property management services include:
- property management and maid service
- assistance in furnishing the apartments
- all services required to keep the apartment in good condition.
Additional services possible:
- cleaning and ventilation of the apartments all year round;
- repairs of the apartments;

Furniture
The furniture packages for rental apartments will include everything needed so the apartment becomes ready to live in and rent out:
1.Kitchen with cooking facility:
kitchen units and worktops, a sink, a fridge, an oven and hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a waste bin, a bottle opener, salt and pepper pots, knives, forks, spoons, teaspoons, a kitchen knife, scissors, a set of 6 cups and saucers, dinner plates, cereal dishes, saucepans(a small and a big one), frying pans( a small and a big one), 6 small and 6 large glasses, a cutting board, a set of utensils( a dipper, a shovel, etc.);
3. Living room:
21 inch TV, a coffee table, a pull out sofa bed, an armchair, a kitchen table, and chairs;
4. Bedroom:
2 single beds with mattresses or a double bed with a mattress, a dressing table, a double wardrobe.
5. Soft furnishings and others:
curtains, linen, single blankets, double blankets.
Furnishing prices range depending on the size of the apartment.
